By signing up for or using Company Periscope's AI receptionist services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
Company Periscope provides AI-powered call answering, appointment scheduling, lead capture, and related communication services for businesses and professional practices. Services are delivered through our proprietary AI platform and are configured per your specific business requirements.
Subscription & Billing
- Plans are billed monthly beginning after your initial setup payment
- Starter Plan: $500/month after the initial $1,000 setup + first month payment
- Pro Plan: $1,000/month after the initial $1,500 setup + first month payment
- Overage usage is billed at $0.75/minute beyond your included minutes
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe
- You may cancel at any time — no long-term contract required
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your AI going live, we will refund your first month's subscription fee. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. To request a refund, email us within 30 days of your go-live date.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information during onboarding
- Configure call forwarding as directed by our team
- Comply with applicable laws regarding call recording and consent in your jurisdiction
- Notify us promptly of changes to your business information, hours, or services
- Not use the service for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful purpose
AI Performance
Our AI is trained on your specific business information and continuously improves. However, AI responses may not always be perfect. Company Periscope is not liable for business outcomes resulting from AI interactions. We recommend reviewing your call logs regularly and notifying us of any needed adjustments.
Intellectual Property
Company Periscope retains all rights to its AI platform and technology. You retain ownership of your business data and call content. We do not use your proprietary business information to train AI systems for other clients.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will disable your AI and provide a final data export upon request. You remain responsible for any outstanding usage charges.
Limitation of Liability
Company Periscope's liability to you is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State]. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
