The $500 onboarding fee covers that labor. We made it non-refundable because we earn it before you go live — not after.
What's the monthly fee after the first month?
$500/month, billed monthly. No annual commitment required. Cancel anytime — just let us know before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
What exactly does the 30-day guarantee cover?
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of going live, we'll refund your $500 subscription fee — the first month included in your $1,000 payment. The $500 onboarding fee is not refundable. To request a refund, just email us within 30 days of your go-live date.
Do I need to install anything or change my phone system?
No. Company Periscope works alongside your existing number and phone setup. No new hardware, no software to install, no changes to how your team operates day-to-day. We handle the configuration entirely on our end.
